Are you working ‘hands-on’ in a business that provides services like hairdressing, fencing, cleaning, massage, window washing, carpet cleaning, beauty therapy or any building trade such as plumbing, carpentry, landscaping or electrical services?
Do you dream of taking your business the next step but need a sounding board to help challenge your thoughts and move you in the right direction?
At Small Business Smart Business, we’re working with Rotary International to offer hands-on business owners with mentors to move their business forward.
The mentors are experienced business people and Rotary volunteers, who have been specifically trained to help mentor businesses like yours.
The Rotary Mentoring of hands-on businesses program is starting in April. The program consists of six mentoring sessions, access to business experts to advise you in specific areas of your business at low cost / no cost, and three networking opportunities with speakers based on your needs, on topics that could include pricing, marketing, invoicing, managing cash flow, and staying legal.
Spaces are limited in the program, and we are looking for businesses that are able to commit to attending the six one-on-one mentoring sessions and at the networking opportunities.
Registration is free, but does not guarantee that your business will be selected for the program. However, every business that registers will receive invitations to the speaker nights and a free membership to Small Business Smart Business, which gives you access to a range of other low cost / no cost resources.
To register your interest in the program, go to www.trybooking.com/ELNM and complete the registration form by midnight on Sunday 30 March.
